Who we are

You might have seen that we are listed as being in “Ohio / Michigan USA” There’s a reason for that. My husband and I currently live in Ohio but have recently purchased a house in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are going to relocate to the U.P. as soon as our youngest is done with college.

We fell in love with the city of St. Ignace, Mi many years ago when we honeymooned in the area. We had no idea that life would take us back there and put on our hearts to make it our forever home. We are so thrilled that it has.

My husband is on a path to be a Methodist Pastor and I am hoping to do something that keeps me around dogs. Everything keeps pointing us down those paths, from the wonderful church community we have been graciously welcomed into already up there, to Arlo’s existence being shown to us the very day we got the news that the house is ours.

The future is unfolding and we are following. I’m hopeful to someday have this website full of inspirational stories, helpful tips, and cute, sustainable clothing for all my fellow dog lovers to purchase.
